After a successful career in the corporate world, I was ready for a new challenge and turned my passion for creating innovative, unique and beautifully crafted window treatments into the foundation for a new profession.
The combination of my MBA with my creative and artistic talents helped me become a successful entrepreneur and decorating expert.
Susan and I partnered so well together on various projects that teaming up to expand the services and reach of Re-Feather Your Nest Decorating just made sense.
I love to help people create spaces that truly reflect their own personal style.

More About Michelle
Michelle started V2K Window Decor & More in 2004 and began her collaboration with Re-Feather Your Nest Decorating in 2010. She currently runs the the New Jersey office.
She is certified by Lauri Ward in the Use-What-You-Have Interiors® and a member of the Interior Redecorators Network®, a non-profit trade organization in the U.S., Canada and abroad.
In 2017, Michelle was chosen by the Women's Association of Morristown Medical Center's (WAMMC) as a featured designer for their signature fundraiser, Mansion in May and led the Re-Feather Your Nest design team at Alnwick Hall – The Abbey designer showhouse.
She was also a part of Susan’s team in the Mansion in May 2012, at Glynallyn, and Mansion in May 2014, at Blairsden designer showhouses.
Michelle has received numerous Best of Houzz awards for customer service.
Michelle has also won the Super Service Award from Angies List in 2011 and 2013, and she is a member of WCAA, the Window Covering Association of America.
Michelle is also a member of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). She professionally stages properties to “move-in” ready condition.
