Susan Hayes founded "Re-Feather Your Nest" in 2004. She discovered her passion for helping others transform their space after becoming certified in Lauri Ward'sTM "Use What You Have®" method of one-day room makeovers. Susan is a Past President of the Interior Refiners Network® and currently serves on the Board as a Director. The Interior Refiners Network® is the pre-eminent organization for one-day re-decorators. In October, 2008, Susan was honored with the Compass Award. The Compass Award is given to the Interior Refiner who shows an ongoing commitment to the organization and its members while guiding individuals and other Refiners to success.
Tamara
Following a successful career as a television production manager, Tamara Hageneder left the industry to start a family. Ready to re-enter the business world and utilize her decorating creativity, she learned about the Interior Refiners Network® and was trained and certified as an Interior Refiner® by IRN's founder, Lauri WardTM. Tamara joined Susan Hayes in 2008, and currently serves as Membership Chair for the Interior Refiners Network.
